With countless properties managed across the Midwest, we're always looking for quality people to add to our team and we are looking for a Care Team Specialist to join our team!Responsibilities of this role include but not limited to:· Prepare leases for prospects.· Send out renewal notifications.· Input service request in the data base· Create and assign invoicing and process those invoices.· Accounts Receivable/Accounts Payable· Scheduling Showings· Prepare Collections File· AppFolio Experience, preferred.· Other duties as assigned.QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS· 1+ years customer service and administrative support experience required.· Leasing/Property Management experience preferred.· Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, and Outlook)· Must have attention to detail skills and excellent written communication skills.· Able to handle multiple priorities and prioritize effectively.· Flexible and skilled at working in a fast-paced environment.Benefits:We offer competitive pay with a commission and incentive bonus, and an excellent benefits package including paid time off, holidays.
