The Associate Attorney will work with clients in the clean energy industry on high-quality projects nationwide. They will collaborate on various agreements related to renewable energy projects, including power purchase agreements, company or asset purchase and sale agreements, hedge contacts, equipment supply contracts, and construction contracts. Strong written and oral communication skills are essential for this role.
