We are seeking individuals proficient in screening and evaluating prospective clients to place under contract for permanent staffing solutions. The ideal candidate will demonstrate adept negotiation skills to facilitate transactions between clients and Apex, while also building lasting professional relationships. Responsibilities: - Initiate outreach to prospective business clients through telecommunication. - Collaborate with internal teams to develop sales strategies and achieve sales goals - Conduct market research to identify potential customers and industry trends - Identify and pursue new business opportunities - Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing customers - Prepare and deliver sales presentations to prospective clients - Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements with customers - Provide excellent customer service and support throughout the sales process - Manage and maintain customer accounts, including order processing and fulfillment Skills: - Strong sales and negotiation skills - Proven track record in business development and achieving sales targets - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities - Experience in Salesforce is preferred - Experience in Microsoft Office Suite is preferred - Experience in account management is preferred - Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus Additional Information: This role offers a competitive commission structure.
