This is a Remote Insurance Agent position. We have a streamlined lead generation system, so there is no cold calling involved. Our Agents engage with our clients via texting and phone calling through our proprietary CRM in real time for maximum client engagement.The system puts you in front of qualified buyers who have a need and have asked for the product.The Agent will call our clients, set appointments, and meet with them for about 45 minutes and help them pick out the best insurance plan that fits their needs and budget. Some of our agents start on a part-time basis and gradually move to fulltime.This is for sales who are self-disciplined and committed to work - the grind is real. If you need a boss, a time-clock or someone standing over your shoulder - this is not the role for you.Responsibilities:• Present and sell insurance products and services to new and existing customers• Communicate through our CRM with clients via text and direct phone calls• Contact potential clients that have requested coverage• Resolve customer inquiries• Attend weekly zoom training meetings and be coachableQualifications:• Background in sales or other related fields (mortgage brokers, realtors, title and escrow, signing agents tend to do very well)• Familiarity with CRM platforms• Ability to build rapport with clients• Deadline and detail-oriented• Excellent work ethic and high level of integrity• Licensed in Life and Health as an insurance producer or the ability to become so isSeeking ambitious individuals who are self-driven, coachable and passionate about helping others Job Posted by ApplicantPro
