Description: · Collaborate with clients to understand their cruise preferences, including destinations, cruise lines, cabin types, and budgets. Offer post-booking support, including answering client inquiries and addressing any issues that may arise during the cruise Research and recommend vacation destinations to clients · Plan and arrange tour packages, excursions, and activities · Not only can you book cruises but so much more You can balance your work and personal life effectively while delivering exceptional cruise experiences for our clients. · Prepare quotes and review with clients in order to close bookings · Create social media marketing posts and creative fliers · Participate in various marketing activities You'll have access to training and resources to further enhance your knowledge and expertise in cruise planning. · Attend daily training and webinars · Complete certification training curriculums and attain specialization certifications We offer mentorship and guidance to help you succeed in your role and create memorable cruise experiences for our clients. · Book online domestic and international travel packages including cruises, hotel, air, car, activities, theme parks and event tickets This role offers more than a job; it's a chance to build your own travel planning business within our organization. · Create itineraries and invoices We believe that your dedication and expertise should be rewarded.
