REMODELING - JOB POSTING - INSURANCE RESTORATION SALES REPRESENTATIVE The insurance restoration team focuses on keeping families safe. Successful sales representatives will be comfortable walking door to door talking to homeowners in neighborhoods, building trust, and documenting storm damage or wear on the exterior of their homes for insurance purposes. Position Title: Insurance Restoration Sales Representative As an Insurance Restoration Sales Rep, you will ease the minds of homeowners who may be overwhelmed with completing an insurance claim. You will become their advocate and help them document the damage with a focus on returning their home to its former glory and keeping their family safe. Position Type: Full-Time, Work is in-person Description of Duties: Exceed your monthly sales requirements Produce high-quality appointments Maintain a minimum 70% approval percentage on contingency agreements signed Maintain accurate data by resulting the leads you knocked each day and the outcomes of those prospecting attempts Fulfilling your mandated knocking hours Follow Kingdom's proven sales process to ensure the best customer experience for each new customer Working with the Event Marketing Manager, you may be asked to attend home shows and trade events to generate leads through engagement with attendees Qualifications: Minimum of 1 year sales experience Proven ability to meet individual sales goals Ability to climb a ladder and be on a roof Reliable individuals who show up on time, every time Proficient with technology and able to learn new software Solid mathematical skills for simple calculations Knowledge of various roofing systems, materials, and construction processes is helpful Honesty, reliability, and kindness are all important to our workplace environment Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation Ability to have a flexible schedule during peak season High energy and drive Compensation & Benefits: Overall earnings are expected to be $70,000+. This position has a $30,000 base plus commission with bonus opportunities available with benefits including: 401(k) match Dental insurance Health insurance Paid time off Vision insurance Company vehicle for business use Company provided iPad, leads, and W2 status Free branded apparel Profit Sharing Growth and promotion opportunities Schedule: Flexible work schedule. Sales Representatives can submit their availability each month. Minimum requirements for availability do apply, including 2 appointment slots on Saturday each month.
