Remedy Engineer/Admin - General Application

Gunnison is seeking well-qualified, motivated Remedy Engineers and Admins to support our government customers. Apply today and we will be in touch! Duties and responsibilities include: Support BMC Remedy operations and maintenance projects. Troubleshoot incidents and problems with the Remedy System as needed. Perform foundation data updates following established procedures. Perform patching and deployments. Support the implementation of system enhancements to improve system reliability and performance. Required Qualifications : 2-4+ years of relevant experience Hand-on experience supporting Remedy development and/or administration ITIL V3 or V4 Foundation certification preferred BMC Certified Associate (Remedy/Helix) preferred Education Requirement: Bachelor's Degree required (equivalent experience may be substituted) Clearance Requirement : Active clearance Secret or above Why Join Gunnison?
