We are a family-owned & operated self storage facility located in West Jordan, UT with an immediate need for a Relief Manager. Working hours of this part-time position is Sundays (10AM - 5PM) and Mondays (9AM - 6PM) ~ PLUS ~ fill in for Managers' time off and vacation as needed. Due to the nature of this position, we prefer applicants/candidates that are not seeking full-time employment elsewhere, so as not to conflict with Manager's vacation or time off. Candidates should be sales-minded and able to interact with prospective and current occupants to achieve maximum occupancy and ensure excellent customer service. Prior self storage experience is preferred; training will be provided. Successful applicants must pass a full background check, drug screening and the E-Verify process (verifies legal working status). RESPONSIBILITIES Include : - Daily site inspections - Receiving of all payments and assuring accurate posting - Reconcile cash register at the end of each shift - Bank deposits - Accurate mailings - Run End of Day reports - Process new tenant lease agreements and associated paperwork - Vacate departing tenants - Collection calls REQUIREMENTS : - Sales & marketing experience/mentality - Outgoing personality - Computer literate - Organizational & time-management skills - Perform light maintenance which will include some lifting and walking stairs - Valid driver license, auto insurance and reliable transportation
