Total Cash Compensation Full Time Salaried - Exempt position working days primarily Monday - Friday. Shared on-call rotation. 75k-100k + Profit Sharing Target based on individual and company performance. Profit Sharing Bonus paid out 2x per year. Reporting to the Production Manager, and as a member of the Line Centric Team (LCT), the Reliability Lead – Paper Mill supports the paper mill department by improving the equipment reliability. They prioritize work that needs to be done on maintenance shutdowns, follow-up on breakdowns, and work with the reliability and maintenance department to develop Predictive and Preventive Maintenance (Pd M and PM) work to maximize uptime. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Engineering (preferably Mechanical or Electrical), Skilled Trades License (Millwright, Electrician, Instrumentation), or minimum 5 years of experience working in a paper mill environment within Operations Minimum 2 years of experience working in the manufacturing industry Experience working with CMMS (SAP, JDE, Oracle, etc. ) is considered an asset Experience with Microsoft Project is considered an asset Experiences and strengths Experience leading and coaching teams Knowledge / expertise in maintenance processes Demonstrates good analytical and problem-solving skills Demonstrates ability to overcome ambiguous and complex situations Brings strong organizational and prioritization skills Experience and understanding of Lean Production System principles Strong interpersonal skills; ability to work well and communicate with others Core competencies defined for this job Health and safety Advisory role Autonomy.
