You will provide technical support to the maintenance, operations and capital project departments on all equipment reliability matters. You will drive the overall site goal of maximizing equipment performance through improved maintenance and reliability. Key responsabilities : Providing input into equipment design, selection, construction, commissioning and qualification activities. Providing technical assistance to maintenance personnel and other departments as required. Developing reliability procedures and equipment files. Assisting with generation, review and revision of maintenance documentation. Developing & maintaining a site asset criticality list, asset condition list, condition based / time based / predictive maintenance plans, & downtime measurement tools Optimizing the site preventive maintenance program (RCM/FMECA based). Developing and owning the condition monitoring program. Assisting in the preparation of appropriate spare parts strategy to ensure maximum availability of equipment.
