We are currently looking for a Relationship Manager with order management systems experience, preferably Aladdin, to join the RLAM Outsourced Operations team on a permanent basis in London. The primary focus of the role is to ensure effective monitoring of Aladdin systems including the control and provision of the number of users and front running the budget monthly. You will be the point of contact for service issues internally and will document and report any risk. As a Relationship Manager, you will also support with regular service reviews to ensure alignment with RLAM's requirements for delivery and quality. About the role : Coordinate the access rights, manage the user profiles, sign offs and staff assigned to the roles. Undertake ongoing audits of user numbers versus budget and the system access rights applied to each user. 'Front run' the invoices each month against the agreed rate card : build out an oversight framework to monitor the costs versus budget. Ensure invoices are correct and as per budgets. Act as the contact point for service issues internally. Develop, implement and maintain a process for feeding KPIs into the monthly Operations KPI report. Ensure all changes to systems and services are fully scoped out and authorised in line with Making Business Decisions. Ensure BRS are reporting service levels in line with RLAM's requirements for delivery and quality. Support regular reviews of commercial and contract terms, making recommendation or action where necessary. Support the service reviews with BRS, involving the appropriate staff from RLAM, and that actions are documented and followed up: Support required amendments to Service Level Agreements and contracts.
