At Medical Alternatives Rehabilitation Center, we pride ourselves on the level of care we provide for both our residents and staff. We are currently seeking a creative and experienced Job Coach to join our team! Job Type: Full Time, Monday - Friday 8:00 a.m. - 4.00 p.m. Pay Rate: $16.00 - $18.00/hr The Job Coach to provide structure and supervise persons with traumatic brain injuries in a vocational/therapeutic setting. Job coaches will be required to coach, instruct, and delegate tasks to TBI associates based on their aptitude and interests. Applicants that have a proclivity for art, music, technology, or handy work are preferred. Qualifications: High School Diploma or GED Equivalent. Valid Driver License CPR/First Aid Certification Behavior Management Certification preferred Six months to one year of experience in human services industry preferred.
