JOB RESPONSIBILITIESResponsible for responding to day to day regulatory related customer inquiries for documentation (specs, MSDS, kosher, nutritional, etc)--JOB FUNCTIONWill be responsible for responding to day to day regulatory related customer inquiries for documentation (specs, MSDS, kosher, nutritional, etc)Must be able to communicate with customers (internal and external) both written and verbally.Will be responsible for helping ensure regulatory compliance on ingredients and must be able to provide applicable documentation to customers.Must have good understanding of FDA regulations.Must be able to work in collaboration with other departments.--REQUIREMENTSBS degree in Food Science, Nutrition, Chemistry or Equivalent.3-5 years of experience in Regulatory.Excellent communication skills (both written and spoken)--Attributes1.-------- Must show good judgment and decision-making abilities.2.-------- Must have the ability to interact with customers and respond to their needs in a timely manner.3.-------- Must be willing to help out in other areas as needed.4.-------- Must exhibit excellent attendance record and punctually.5.-------- Demonstrate teamwork and a customer-focused attitude.
