Are you a Registered Nurse looking for an exciting opportunity in Taylor, MI? Our expanding home care facility is searching for a dedicated team member to join us as a Home Visiting RN Healthcare Registered Nurse. You'll have the flexibility to create your own work hours and patient visits, with mileage reimbursements for trips exceeding 30 miles. Responsibilities:• Work with patients and their families to provide individualized care as specified by the physician's orders and care plan• Evaluate the health status of patients in order to give appropriate nursing care• Implement appropriate treatments and medications to ensure timely recovery• Monitor the healing process of patients and adjust care accordingly• Monitor patients’ medications and their reactions as per doctor's orders• Provide emotional support and advocate for patient rights• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure best patient care Qualifications:• Associate's degree or higher in nursing• Currently licensed in the state(s) in which practicing• Two years of nursing experience preferred• Must have a positive attitude and acceptance of the philosophy and goals of Home Care Wellness LLC• Must possess the ability to exercise independence and initiative• At least one year of experience as a nurse is necessary Compensation: $60,000 - $80,000 yearly About Company: Employee input.
