Position: Registered Nurse Reports to: VP of Residential Services Classification: Non-exempt, Part Time Job Summary: Responsible for performing comprehensive clinical assessments for adults with serious mental illness. Also, contributes to the development, implementation, monitoring, and updating of Individual Recovery Plans. Required: Valid New Jersey Registered Nursing license A year or more of experience in mental health preferred Valid non-provisional New Jersey driver's license with not more than 5 points Essential Functions: Work effectively with people from different cultures and backgrounds and show genuine respect for others who are different Develop and monitor clinical nursing assessments Work with residential staff to develop and review Individual Recovery Plans to ensure compliance with Medicaid regulations Meet face-to-face with consumers to complete 90 day reviews, and review recommendations to determine appropriate levels of support Conduct annual Medication Education Training Fully cooperate with Department of Human Services during any investigation
