The Link which is a community triage center located in Sioux Falls that is assist individuals who are experiencing a non-violent behavioral health crisis, seeking treatment for substance abuse disorders or searching for support services. Being a community triage center, The Link assists in meeting the individual’s needs for critical services and linking them to the services to assist with their mental health or substance abuse challenges. You will enjoy working at The Link if you are Nurse that: Has a passion for serving others who are needing assistance with: Withdrawal management Observation for intoxicated individuals Crisis stabilization Appreciates an active, challenging care environment that requires critical thinking. Values autonomous professional nursing practice. Possesses motivation to help create and deliver high-quality patient care in an energizing team environment. Position Highlights: Opportunity to work 20 different staff members Work with a dynamic and comprehensive team that includes: Physicians, Registered Nurses, Licensed Practical Nurses, Paramedics, Triage Techs, Social Workers and Behavioral Health Techs. Self-scheduling program Student Loan Repayment: This Registered Nurse (RN) position may be eligible for Avera’s Student Loan Repayment Program, which helps you pay off your loans and save money. Each month an extra payment of $167 (up to $10,000) from Avera will help pay down your principal balance faster. N.'s purpose is to provide quality nursing care to our patients and to supervise the staff working with the R. N. to coordinate cares with ancillary staff, and to communicate effectively with the physician to ensure quality patient care. Education and/or Experience Graduate from a CCNE or NLN accredited nursing program is strongly preferred. Graduate from an approved nursing program is acceptable. Bachelor's degree in nursing preferred. Licensure/Certification/Registration Licensed as a Registered Nurse in the State of South Dakota and/or meeting the requirements of multi-state licensure required.
