Carolinas Center for Interventional Pain Medicine needs a Full Time Registered Nurse for our office in Morehead City, NC. We are searching for a candidate who is eager to work in a fast-paced environment! Great Hours Available! Monday-Thursday 7:30am-4:40pm and Fridays 7:30am-12:30pm. Candidates with recent Sedation, Telemetry or IV experience are preferred. JOB DUTIES/ RESPONSIBLITIES Provide exceptional care to our pain management patients in all office or procedure settings Appropriately document care in EHR system Tailors nursing care to meet the age specific and developmentally appropriate patient care. Functions as a team member and works collaboratively and interdependently with the clinic and procedure areas. Demonstrates appropriate isolation techniques and procedures in accordance with universal precautions to maintain a clean and safe work environment. Demonstrates knowledge with correct use of all forms and documentation utilized in day-to-day operations of the department. Maintains an awareness and demonstrates understanding of the pain management patient's need for comfort, positioning and safety while providing needed services. Assures patient's rights to confidentiality of care and treatment. REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS Graduate of an approved school of nursing Current NC RN Licensure Current BLS & ACLS certification Sedation, Telemetry or IV experience Positive service-oriented interpersonal and communication skills required.
