Your role will extend the organisation's ongoing cultural transformation by championing its values and fostering desired behaviours. The successful candidate will possess the capability to adeptly lead and mentor teams while adapting their management style as needed. Essential qualifications and experience encompass: Relevant Senior Management background. Possession of a valid Driving Licence. desirable Level 5 in Leadership and Management Registered Manager's Award. Proven leadership experience in healthcare operations, with a strong understanding of health and social care regulations and industry trends.
