Our company is for developmentally disabled adults living in the community who need assistance with everyday tasks and learning to cope with social challenges or provide support to learn to become more independent. We provide supportive services for adults to achieve independence with the assistance of highly skilled professionals who deeply value the well-being of our clients. We take great pride in providing our community with high-quality and patient-centric care. Premiere Behavioral Supports is an in-home supportive service program supporting Adults (21 years or older) with a developmental disorder in Burlington, Camden, Cumberland, and Gloucester counties. Premiere Behavioral Supports is currently seeking a part-time community support staff to work 20 hours per week in varied locations throughout Cumberland County. A Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) is a paraprofessional who works under the supervision of a BCBA or BCaBA. At this ABA job level, the RBT is primarily responsible for direct implementation of treatment plans related to skill- acquisition and behavior reduction. RBTs also collect data and provide support when needed. BEHAVIORAL THERAPIST JOB DESCRIPTION: DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES ? Implements treatment plans? Collects skill acquisition and behavior reduction data? Applies feedback and training on ABA job performance given by the lead BCBA or BCaBA?
