Position Overview Reporting to the Regional Director, shop, the incumbent is responsible and accountable for the planning and management of patient-centered medical care services designed for their assigned regional clinical programs and administrative responsibilities as assigned. As a member of the Department’s Leadership Team, the incumbent ensures that medical care services are aligned with strategic priorities and meet high standards of quality and patient safety. The incumbent oversees the day-to-day operations of the clinical shop team and leads the clinical shop staff in establishing efficient and effective delivery of clinical services. These services will ensure a safe, timely, and cost-effective medication management system that supports patient-centered medical care. Experience Minimum of five years experience as a practicing pharmacist is required. Education (Degree/Diploma/Certificate) Completion of a Bachelor of Science in shop, or equivalent undergraduate shop degree is required. Post-graduate education/training in a relevant field of study and/or completion of a shop practice residency program is preferred.
