Windsor has an immediate opening for a Regional Sales Manager that will cover sales for the Northen Indiana and Ohio areas. Ideal candidates will reside in that Northern Indiana/Ohio region, but would report to our West Des Moines headquarters. Responsibilites include: Business development with existing accounts, as well as new distribution. Strengthen current and new customer relations. Visit customers independently. Prepare and implement sales plans with customers. Meet established sales goals for assigned regions. Must be abke to manage expenses and stay within monthly budgets. This individual must have excellent written and verbal skills, excellent follow-up abilities, a self-starter attitude, and be highly organized. A 4-year college degree is preferred, as well as experience with similar work preferably for a window manufacturer or millwork distributor. Computer proficiency is a plus.
