Regional SalesAccount Executive AnADP client is currently seeking an experienced individual to be our next SalesExecutive and join our team in our Northeast or West Territories locations. This is an assigned territory and outside sales role. Who WeAre : Wemanufacture broadband amplifier "drop-ins," complete stations and accessories -enabling broadband operators worldwide the ability to reduce customer serviceinterruption and time-on-site for the technician while simultaneouslyeliminating the need for full-splicing when replacing modules. What you'lldo : Coreduties and responsibilities include the following. Prospect and generate newbusiness in the Telecom and Utilities domains. Develop and present solutionssales proposals to potential clients. Develop successful go to marketstrategies working closely with competency and delivery teams. Actively participate in customermarketing events and industry trade shows (drive attendance, attend events,follow-up with lead lists). Develop strong relationships inthe industry through thought leadership. Ensure sales opportunities areaccurately qualified and mapped to the customer budget cycle and aligned with Company'sdelivery and competency teams. Forecast and report sales/revenueprojections to Sales Management and deliver a predictable pipeline to driveforecast accuracy. Performsother related duties as assigned by supervisor or management. OurPerfect Candidate Education and Experience: Bachelor'sor Master's Degree in Business Management with a great understanding for salesin Engineering, or Electronics. Minimum of 5 years of marketingexperience, or sales experience with strong marketing orientation. Thecandidate must be capable of traveling daily to businesses in the territory. Thecandidate must have organization skills and report weekly activity. Manufacturersrepresented provide training, sales materials and in person support. Strongtechnical expertise in design, materials, and manufacturing processes. Tactful negotiations skills. Strong organizational skills. Effective presentation, implementation,and follow-up skills. Must be very flexible andadaptable to changes. Experiencedworking with electronics manufacturing and design service suppliers. CompanyOffers: Base annual salary is $75k, commensurate withexperience and education. Commission structure based on individual'sperformance.
