JMS Senior Living LLC is looking for experienced MDS Coordinators to work in our 4 locations in the Northwestern Missouri area ( Holden, St. Joseph, Savannah, and Parkdale Missouri). This position is open to LPN Nurses and Registered Nurses. These Regional MDS Coordinator positions oversee the completion, preparation and management of the MDS process including individualized plans of care from admission to discharge. Directs and allocates necessary resources to support company goals of protecting and maintaining the highest practical quality of life and health for all residents.Qualifications include but are not limited to: Experience working in a healthcare facility offering skilled care, rehabilitation services, assisted living and/or residential care. Experience in creating individualized care plans. Knowledgeable of standard assessment tools for use in evaluating resident status including use of the Residential Assistance Instrument (RAI) per OBRA. Experience with MDS 3.0 system. Must be familiar with CMS payment and reimbursement practices. Must have high level observation skills and ability to critically analyze voluminous information. Self-directed organizational skills that enhance the ability to manage numerous priorities and adhere to an effective schedule. Registered Nurse LPN Nurse. Full time LPN Nurses and Registered Nurses are eligible for a complete benefit package including Health, Dental, Vision, Life, Aflac, 401K Retirement as well as sick and vacation.
