The role also supports site labor management, to include assisting sites with scheduling and staffing. Additionally, you will support sites in attracting, developing and retaining quality caregivers. Regular travel is required, to include occasional overnight travel as needed. What you need as a Regional Human Resources Director The successful candidate will be an independent problem solver who is self-motivated with a strong generalist HR background. Developing strong partnerships with site leaders and caregivers, supporting policies, procedures, team development and overall positive employee relations will be a priority. Experience with labor management, to include assisting with scheduling and staffing is required. Additionally, the ideal candidate will have previous experience in an organized facility managing labor relation issues including but not limited to; labor management, adequate staffing, grievance management, and supporting contract negotiations. A minimum of five (5) years of progressive HR responsibility, a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or related field is required. Preference for candidates with a PHR/SPHR or SHRM-CP/SHRM-SCP certification. Experience in healthcare and/or long-term care is also preferred. Multi-site experience preferred.
