Regional Events CoordinatorHybridContract-to-hire - $60K-$65KMonday-Friday 8 AM- 5:00 PMMain Job Duties Include:Regional Event Responsibilities: * Coordinate and oversee Regional Events worldwide, both in-person and virtual, for 20-250 guests. * Manage logistics, registration, and communications for all events. * Organize monthly events in Houston, including venue arrangements and on-site support. * Collaborate with teams to ensure accurate event information and promotion. * Assist in budget planning and coordinate networking events and educational modules. * Maintain contact lists and update the company website as needed.Marketing Responsibilities: * Prepare and post Regional Events on online platforms and notify members. * Manage email marketing campaigns and maintain segmented lists. * Update the company website with event information and photos.Other Responsibilities: * Support the Event Manager, including potential travel. * Assist in coordinating and promoting events. * Coordinate speakers and manage registrations. * Perform additional tasks as assigned by the Executive Director.Job Requirements: 1 Bachelor's degree in Arts, Business, or equivalent, with at least 2 years of event planning experience. Non-profit background preferred. 2 Exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and cost-consciousness. Ability to manage multiple projects within budget and meet deadlines. 3 Willingness to travel occasionally, including evenings and weekends, with potential for domestic and international trips. 4 Proficiency in MS Office suite for data gathering, report generation, and budget tracking.
