InGenesis is seeking a Referrals Representative to work with our client. In this role, you will process patient referrals from medical providers for specialty care, lab tests and procedures. If you meet the qualifications outlined below, apply today and we’ll reach out to answer any questions you may have. Essential Responsibilities Identify appropriate referral resource for service based on patient insurance/program status; enter into referral tracking system for specialty appointment. Document and notify patients of referral status. Monitor referral status until appointment has been made and patient notified. Following completion of appointment, assure that TCHC receives results from specialty provider. Run referral tracking system reports to track open appointments and referrals and to make follow-up appointments as necessary. Work flexible schedule and overtime, as necessary. Minimum Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent. One-year customer service experience. One-year medical office experience working with insurances. Bilingual; Spanish highly desirable. Proficient in Microsoft Office products including Word, Excel, and Outlook. This position is dependent on contract award.
