Premier Medical Resources is looking for a full-time, Referral Intake Coordinator to join our team in the Jersey Village area (77040) . If you are enthusiastic, reliable, detail-oriented, and a team player, this job is for you! The Referral Intake Coordinator is responsible for collecting and completing new patient referrals, inputting new patients, processing LOP's, scheduling patient consultations, and communicating with attorneys and physicians regarding patient statuses. RESPONSIBILITIES: Collects new patient referrals and updates corresponding referral log Completes the new patient checklist form Schedules and reschedules patients' initial consultations as necessary Refers scheduled patient to appropriate physician and office clinic Informs and provides a patient with necessary information and instructions prior to the appointment date Notifies necessary parties and providers concerning no show and/or non-compliant patients Takes telephone messages and provides feedback and answers to patient/physician QUALIFICATIONS: Excellent time management skills Ability to multi-task and prioritize work Great customer service skills Strong organizational and planning skills Proficiency in MS Office One year in customer service WORK WEEK SCHEDULE: Monday-Friday BENEFITS: Medical, Dental, Vision through BCBS 401k with employer contribution PTO About Us: Premier Medical Resources, LLC is a healthcare management company that provides services to a network of healthcare clinics and hospitals around Texas.
