Recruitment Consultant Location: Mumbles, Swansea We are looking for a Recruitment Consultant to join our team in Mumbles Whilst working at Penguin you will develop your marketing, business and sales skills. You will also be involved in all aspects of recruitment, including sourcing candidates, managing offers, assisting candidates through the interview process, arranging interviews and delivering job offers You will receive full 360 recruitment training and you will be taught all things recruitment. You will ideally be enthusiastic, financially motivated and have a strong desire to succeed. In addition to a competitive basic, we offer a significant commission scheme : where you can double your salary There are also monthly sales incentives and rewards as well as internal and external training to achieve industry recognised qualifications. For this post, you will ideally; : Have a strong academic background (ideally educated to Degree level), : Hold a UK Driving licence, : Be highly motivated to succeed.
