We are looking to expand our team in Bristol with an exceptional construction recruitment consultant who will focus on white-collar construction. If you have a passion for construction and making customers' lives easier, then you are the right person for us. What is the job? You'll join a team of fantastic consultants who specialise in the construction sector, focusing on white-collar. You'll be approaching existing and new customers to gain more business and deliver on that business. You'll leverage our existing knowledge, experience and network as well as establish and grow new relationships. Your skills: Previous experience in recruitment or sales Strong IT and organisational skills Excellent communication skills Ability to build rapport with clients and candidates alike A positive can-do attitude A desire to succeed Bonus: Experience within or knowledge of the construction industry would be advantageous What we offer: Up to £32,000 basic salary depending on experience Up to 20% commission (uncapped) Car allowance 23 days annual leave, plus public holidays Quarterly performance awards - for you and the team Relocation opportunities to other offices Clear progression structure Heath and well-being benefits A laptop and phone provided Annual trips away for top performers - Ibiza was the most recent Regular social events Please note: Talent Chief is a recruitment agency acting on behalf of.
