Recruiting Sourcer Location: Remote, USA Job ID: #69049 Pay Range: $18-$20Job Duties and Responsibilities: * Facilitate consistent backend support to recruiters, business unit manager, and marketing lead. * Utilize recruiting tools such as: social media; job boards (CareerBuilder, ClearanceJob, Monster, etc.); company website; company database and other sources to find top talent. * Post, and maintain, job postings on the various recruiting tools. * Use "outside the box" sourcing techniques to find candidates for "hard to fill" and reoccurring roles. * Document in applicant tracking system.Requirements: * Associate's degree or 2 years of relevant experience in technical sourcing preferred * Ability to work in a high volume, high pressure, fast-paced environment. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. * Attention to detail and strong organizational skills. * Ability to swiftly build a robust pipeline of candidates. * Goal orientated. * Hands-on experience with sourcing techniques (e.g. recruiting on social platforms and crafting Boolean search strings). * Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems. * Agency experience a plus.
