We’re dedicated to bridging the gap between healthcare professionals and the locations where they’re needed most, and we’re looking for the right people to help us on our mission! Our next classes for new Recruiters start on the following dates: Feb 26th, Mar 18th and Apr 15th. Do you have recruiter sales experience? Do you thrive in a fast-paced environment? Are you passionate about connecting talented individuals with rewarding opportunities? Do you have a knack for identifying the right person for the right job? If you answered “yes” then we want to hear from you! As our Travel Healthcare Staff Recruiter, you’ll play a pivotal role in sourcing, screening, and placing top healthcare professionals in travel assignments nationwide. You’ll work closely with our team to understand our staffing needs, build relationships with potential candidates, and ensure a smooth recruitment process from start to finish. Your Key Responsibilities will include: Developing and implementing effective recruitment strategies. Sourcing and screening potential candidates. Conducting interviews and evaluating applicants. Maintaining positive relationships with healthcare professionals and partner institutions. Ensuring compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations related to travel healthcare staffing. Ideal Candidates will have: Previous experience in recruitment, preferably within the travel healthcare sector. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask. A proactive approach and the ability to work independently.
