Come create your career with Volt!Volt is immediately hiring for a Recruiter in Colorado Springs, CO!Perks of working with Volt* Work with a GREAT Team* No day is the same* Work with leading clients* Change peoples livesAs a Volt Recruiter, you will be responsible for sourcing, recruiting, and staffing candidates from on-line and internal databases, contact lists, and job postings as well as sourcing passive candidates through networking, social media sites, and internet searches.* Collaborate with client hiring managers to anticipate and meet staffing needs, ensure quality of selection and timeliness of hire.* Market qualified candidates to new and existing clients* Advise client hiring managers by applying knowledge of their organization and expertise of labor markets to staffing decisions.* Increase branch profitability through increasing existing business and managing gross margin dollars.* Assist with the management of ad generation and job postings for new business and recruiting sources.This is a *Full Time *opportunity.The ideal candidate will have:* Recruiter experience within light industrial (manufacturing & warehouse) and clerical is a must.* Proven organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to prioritize work.* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Pay Rate: $55,000 - $58,000 base (annual salary) + commission.*Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc. Qualified candidates should APPLY NOW for immediate consideration!
