Mission of the Position: This assignment will be responsible for, but not limited to, continuously improving the recruitment process. Efficiently handling the hiring's of direct hires and coordinating manpower needs through temp agencies. Essential Job Functions: Develop and assist with training program at the Schnellecke Academy Coordinate with staffing agencies to fill operational vacancies Create, implement, and sustain internal communications, including job postings Assist the HR group in daily, weekly, and other special projects as needed Coordinate the process of hiring employees after 90 day agency placement Act as a liaison between Schnellecke Logistics and the agencies for agency employees Manage and coordinate all agency hire training, placements, and wages Develop and manage accurate roster of agency employees Assist with the collection/input of data from training records into Schnellecke SKA 360 Training System. Maintain confidential employee data and files. Perform other related duties as required and assigned. Requirements: Must be able to pass a background check Must be able to pass a drug screen Must be able to be badged by Mercedes / NO BADGE BANS Must be able to lift 30 lbs Must have previous experience as a Staffing Coordinator, Recruiter, or On-site. Excellent computer skills (Microsoft Office including Excel, Word, and Powerpoint) Shift: Monday - Friday 8 hour shift. Hours will be discussed at interview.
