This is a totally remote position working with a fast growing company. Job Description: We are seeking a highly motivated recruiter to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in attracting, sourcing, and selecting top-tier talent to contribute to the success and growth of our organization. The Recruiter will collaborate with hiring managers, understand their needs, and employ innovative strategies to identify and engage exceptional candidates. This Recruiter may get involved in other HR duties as necessary. Key Responsibilities: Responsible for recruiting key positions. Reach out to passive candidates and actively recruit them. Utilize various sourcing techniques, including online job boards, social media, professional networks, and direct sourcing, to identify and attract a diverse pool of qualified candidates. Conduct initial candidate screenings to assess their skills, qualifications, and cultural fit. Work closely with hiring managers to understand their specific staffing requirements and develop effective recruitment strategies. Provide guidance and expertise on market trends, candidate availability, and competitive landscape. Conduct in-depth interviews to evaluate candidates' technical skills, experience, and cultural fit. Administer relevant assessments to ensure candidates meet job-specific requirements. Ensure a positive and professional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process. Qualifications: Proven experience as a Recruiter or in a similar role. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Excellent time-management and organizational abilities.
