Join us to help make a difference. We are currently seeking a full-time Recruiter/Campus Recruiter to join our Human Resources/Talent team in Nashville, TN. This position will provide work flexibility to balance time working from home and in the office each week. This position is a key role within the talent team, and will assist the team's efforts in evaluating, enhancing, and supporting the overall company strategic objective to Secure the Right Talent . Learn more about us in this video: https://bit.ly/3Jp3Dez and visit our website: https://www.smeinc.com/ Job Snapshot: Identify target college and universities, community and technical colleges, and high school/STEM programs across the country Coordinate all aspects of campus involvement, visits and recruiting; build relationships and partnerships with targeted campuses, professors, and student groups Manage the interview and selection process of current and upcoming graduates for openings across the firm to include seeking feedback from all parties- candidates and managers Assist in running our formal internship program Lead campus diversity initiatives; identify, recruit and sponsor key diverse student groups Develop an active and passive pipeline of entry-level Professional and Technician candidates for current and future opportunities Provide a high level of candidate experience from initial contact through offer decisions and hire Assist in the development of campus recruiting materials and marketing, to include print materials as well as social media campaigns Collaborate and lead projects with others on the recruiting team on initiatives and/or hiring needs that may spike in other areas Collaborate with other internal groups to establish S&ME as an employer of choice within our industry Manage recruitment process of early career candidates and candidate activity within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and maintain reports on recruiting activity Who are you? You pride yourself on developing and maintaining relationships across all levels of an organization. You possess good verbal and written communication skills. You take ownership in your work and look for opportunities to enhance recruiting processes and efficiencies to be effective. You have either a High School Degree with 3 years recruiting experience or a degree in Business, Human Resources, Marketing, or Communications with at least 1+ years recruiting experience.
