Dove Healthcare - Rutledge Home | 300 Bridgewater Avenue Chippewa Falls, WI 54729 Shift Schedule: full-time at 32 hours per week As the recreation director, you will develop a recreation program to help provide opportunities to meet the physical, social, cultural, spiritual, emotional, and therapeutic recreation needs and interests of our residents. Enjoy promoting and providing opportunities for a successful and well-balanced leisure lifestyle for our residents. As the recreation director, you will: develop a recreation program to meet the needs of the residents assess each resident to determine ability and desire to participate in activities lead and/or assist with group programs and committee meetings coordinate with other disciplines to ensure residents needs are met provide supervision and guidance to recreation team members recruit, train, and coordinate volunteers partner with community groups to bring special interest speakers, entertainment, and other programs onsite for activities coordinate community outings for residents Preferred Qualifications: experience in recreation and / or working in an assisted living or skilled nursing center COVID-19 Vaccine : Dove Healthcare assisted living locations encourage, but do not require the vaccine for assisted living employees.
