Job Overview : Recovery Worker: As a Recovery Worker, you will play a crucial role in our integrated healthcare framework, providing vital support to individuals aged 18 and over (dependent on service) who are dealing with substance misuse issues. Our services are designed to offer psychosocial drug and alcohol interventions to individuals facing challenges related to alcohol or drug dependency. Key Responsibilities : Recovery Worker: Collaborate with Forward and local commissioners to achieve set targets, with a strong focus on measuring outcomes. Build cooperative relationships with partner agencies to ensure successful service delivery. Demonstrate flexibility in your work, including willingness to work evening/weekend shifts and travel to other projects within your cluster to maintain continuity of care. Conduct backssments (risk, initial, comprehensive) to inform treatment journeys. Implement interventions tailored to individual client needs, including 1:1 sessions and group work/programme facilitation. Collaborate and refer clients to other agencies,.
