We are currently seeking a dedicated Bodyshop Recovery Driver to join our dynamic team. As a Bodyshop Recovery Driver, you'll play a crucial role in assisting our customers when their vehicles need recovery and transportation services. If you're ready to be a part of a fast-paced and customer-focused environment, this could be the perfect opportunity for you. Key Responsibilities: Respond promptly and professionally to recovery requests from our customers. Safely and skillfully load, secure, and transport vehicles to and from our bodyshop facilities. Maintain a strong focus on vehicle safety and security throughout the recovery and transportation process. Interact with customers in a friendly and courteous manner, providing assistance and addressing any concerns. Adhere to company policies and safety regulations at all times. Conduct routine vehicle inspections and report any issues to the maintenance team. Keep accurate records of the vehicles you handle and the services provided. Qualifications: Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. Previous experience in vehicle recovery, towing, or related fields is preferred. Excellent driving skills and familiarity with various types of vehicles. Strong customer service and communication skills. Ability to work under pressure and make quick decisions. Physical fitness and the ability to lift heavy objects (assistance provided when necessary). Professional and presentable appearance.
