We are seeking Records Retrieval Specialists to reach out to providers, send initial requests for records, follow-up on requests, check authorization forms, potential online research into providers, and make notes in our proprietary databases. You will train for 2 weeks from 9 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. and then work Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. Client is flexible as to the actual work hours; however, once you pick a schedule, you must keep it. Job RequirementsQualified candidates must have call center-related experience, must be proficient using Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook with accurate data entry skills, and must have a computer or laptop, plus a second screen and headset that connects via USB; No Blue tooth and no Chromebooks. Only those candidates that can pass a background check and drug screen will be considered. Any candidate that has claims, verifications, etc. knowledge is helpful.
