Between $35-$40 an hour What we do: Premier Restoration Hawaii helps restore homes and business in the event of natural disasters or accidents that cause fire, water, wind or mold damage to a property. Our mission is to get our customer’s lives back to normal as quickly as possible. We understand that these situations can be incredibly stressful for our clients so it’s critical that our team is driven by putting customers first, effective communication, and teamwork. We want to acquire team members who take pride in their work, who want to learn and grow and who come to work every day ready to win for our customers and the team. Primary purpose of the role: We are currently looking for a Reconstruction Journeyman to join our team. A reconstruction specialist should have strong organization and communication skills with the ability to interact well with clients, subcontractors and their co-workers. In addition to working in all types of weather conditions, they should exhibit good judgment, high ethical standards as well as excellent oral and written communication skills. Basic Job Duties: Finish carpentry, cabinet installation, basic framing Installing various types of flooring Hanging sheet rock; texturing Painting Utilizing mobile devices, i.e. iPhones, Tablets, etc. for projects Must be able to lift 50 Lbs. Perform other duties as they become necessary Must have transportation and basic hand tools Minimum Experience Requirements Construction experience Valid driver's license Minimum Education Requirements: High School Diploma/GED equivalent Great benefits : Paid Time Off Health, Dental, & Vision Insurance Matching 401(K) Plan All offers of employment are contingent on passing a drug and background screen.
