JOIN OUR DEDICATED AND GROWING TEAM VPI seeks a talented and dedicated Receptionist/Accounting Clerk to work part-time (9 am-1 pm M-F) in its Draper, Utah office. The ideal candidate will be well-organized, energetic, and have excellent communication skills. QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS Education and Experience GED/High School Diploma Must be a US Citizen eligible for US Security Clearance Receptionist experience preferred Other Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Friendly, upbeat, personable, and professional personality Proficient with Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook Data Entry Skills Great attention to detail Strong interpersonal/communication skills Experience working in a team-oriented atmosphere High degree of professionalism and maturity with ability to work independently, problem solve, and make decisions with limited supervision Ability to adapt to changes, delays, and unexpected events Exercise good judgment, keeping in mind company policies and procedures JOB Responsibilities Receptionist duties – answering phones and greeting customers and vendors Organize, clean and stock breakroom Manage and order office supplies Manage multiple event calendars Support company activities and meetings Make catering arrangements Run company errands Manage incoming mail Filing Various accounting tasks Pulling and matching vendor invoices to packing slips Entering receipts Preparing vendor checks for mailing Assist management team where necessary Provide clerical and administrative support as needed WHY VPI?
