Our Reception Role at a Glance: Nasif, Hicks, Harris & Co., LLP is seeking a long-term receptionist to join our fast-paced and dynamic administrative team. We are looking for someone with excitement and dedication to serving our clients and professionals within our firm. As one of the “faces” of our firm, this role requires a unique combination of warmth, enthusiasm, and passion for serving our clients and staff. The duties in this role include: Opening and closing our office Managing incoming phone calls Providing lobby coverage at all times during business hours Greeting and assisting clients Filing, scanning, and assisting with data entry Coordinating and assisting with deliveries Keeping common areas tidy including reception, break rooms, copy rooms, and conference rooms Providing a wide array of administrative support to our partners and staff Organizing and distributing our mail Coordinating meal orders for firm Managing office supplies Restocking supplies, copy machines, etc. Scheduling meetings Attending weekly check-ins with the administrative team As an employee, you will receive one-on-one training from colleagues and you will also be assigned mentors with whom you will meet regularly in an effort to support your personal and professional growth and goals.
