Position type: Full-time (Contract) Duration: 12 Months with Possible Conversion Location: New Hartford, NY As a Receptionist, you will be: Greets and directs visitors to appropriate company representative. Administers intake sign-in log and exit satisfaction survey to visitors. Schedules 1:1 consultation appointment as needed for licensed and certified company representatives. Answers all incoming calls in a timely and professional manner. Accurately transfers calls to appropriate parties. Performs a variety of clerical duties (light filing and data entry) as requested. Organizes and maintains up-to-date corporate information and telephone listings. Customer Walkin, ask question for reason for visit collect name and personal contact details. Enter data in system, coordinate with teams to direct them. Able to take feedback and put that in a database. The ideal candidate will have: Able to uses Power BI.
