CT Power a W .W. Williams Company is seeking a highly motivated Receptionist for our high-volume service department. . Summary: The Receptionist is responsible for performing all of the facility's office administrative duties and being involved with the day-to-day operations of the location. This role will provide direct assistance and support to Management, Service Department, Parts and Sales team while maintaining excellent customer service. Job Duties: Answer and screen all incoming calls and directs to the appropriate department or employee. Provides excellent customer service to all visitors and customers. Responsible for the location's accounts payable, setting up accounts, processing invoices to the correct accounts, and communicating with corporate accounting. Handles the day-to-day operations of maintaining office supplies and equipment. Works with technicians and the service department to relay customer information and requests. Experience: Strong written and verbal communication skills. Experience with Microsoft Office Suite preferred.
