By promoting healthy, save lives for our consumers, we hope to allow them to stay as active and engaged in their lives and in their own communities for as long as possible.To support our goals, we are seeking a Receptionist to answer our busy switchboard; warmly welcome walk-ins and provide clerical support as needed. What you will do: Manage our busy switchboard, answering calls and responding to voicemails. Welcome and direct scheduled and walk-in guests. Taking appropriate action on any emergency/urgent calls regarding any OCES consumer or staff person Assist with clerical/administrative duties as needed. What you will bring: Your passion for helping others and desire to make a difference. Bi-lingual preferred! High School diploma or equivalent. Ability to handle multiple console lines in a professional manner. Professional and helpful manner in handling calls and guests. Ability to organize, prioritize and work with minimum supervision.
