We are recruiting for a Front Desk Receptionist to work from our corporate office near the Old Mill to provide exceptional customer service as a first point of contact, as well as to perform a variety of administrative duties to help our office run smoothly. The shift is 8:00 to 4:00 Monday through Friday.The Front Desk Receptionist is responsible for greeting customers and directing them to the appropriate person or division. They will answer phones, sort and distribute mail, compile office supply requests, and perform other administrative tasks and projects. We are looking for a receptionist who is: Friendly and welcoming Service-oriented with problem solving skills Discrete and can exercise confidentiality as needed Comfortable with Microsoft Office Suite (beginner to intermediate level) The ideal candidate will have two years in an administrative or receptionist role but other relevant experience will be considered.Our compensation package includes competitive pay, medical, dental, vision, life insurance, 401k retirement savings plan with company match, paid time off and other benefits!Come join our team!
