Receptionist needed to create a warm, friendly first impression at our luxury new car dealership Sunset Cadillac of Sarasota, a proud member of the Sunset Automotive Group family of dealerships!Hours are typically 9-6 Mon-Fri, one Saturday a month 9-2. Front Desk Receptionist Duties In this role, you will be providing outstanding customer service to our dealership clientele by phone and in-person. This includes: Greeting customers as they enter the facility Answering a multi-line phone system Paging associates, transferring calls Interacting with vendors General office and clerical duties Assisting management and other associates as needed Back up cashier duties Other administrative tasks as assigned Receptionist-Front Desk Requirements Ideal candidate will have a professional appearance and demeanor, the ability to multi-task, a friendly personality, and great customer service skills over the phone and in-person. Previous automotive dealership experience helpful, but not required.
