We're dedicated to providing comprehensive support and thorough training to guarantee your success in this role! Compensation & Shift Structure $15.00 + Tips Monday - Friday | 6:50a - 11:00a or 2:00p - 6:00p Saturdays & Sundays | 4p - 6p Position Overview Our receptionists have the pleasure of delivering top-tier customer service to our human and furry clients! The position requires a strong ability to multitask. This position calls for strengths in multitasking skills, including handling a multi-line phone system, utilizing the reservation program Gingr, responding to emails, and documenting pets' belongings. Expect a dynamic blend of responsibilities, from seated tasks to moving around, managing dogs on leashes, handling items up to 50 lbs, like bags of dog food, and engaging in sanitation duties.
