- - - *Receptionist - Part-Time Every Other Weekend Evenings, 3pm-11:30pm. - -Haven Behavioral Hospital of West Chester is opening a new 72-bed facility providing high-quality, specialty behavioral health services for individuals with mental health and substance abuse issues. Answer -and -direct -incoming -facility -calls. Records -and -routes -telephone -and -in-person -messages -accurately, completely, and promptly. Takes a proactive role in resolving any patient/customer service -complaints. -Independently -identifies -concerns -in -stressful -situations -to -offer assistance in a calm demeanor. Respects -confidentiality -at -all -times; -follows -HIPAA -guidelines -for disclosing information. Maintains an accurate record of patients seen each day, personal belongings dropped off, visitation logs, etc. QUALIFICATIONS: -Previous receptionist and customer service experience preferred. Knowledge of healthcare setting. Excellent customer service, communication, and problem solving skills.
