Tallmadge, Ohio Employment Type Part time Minimum Experience Entry-level Compensation $11-$18 Days of the Week Mon- Thurs & Sat Mornings World Elite Kids is always looking to add A+ Players to their team! If you are energetic, and the following resonates with you let us know! In this role as a Rec Instructor, you will have the opportunity to teach children of all ages the basic skills and elements in our recreational class offerings. Our class offerings are a variety of our programming, including Tumbling, Gymnastics, Preschool classes and Ninjas. You will be responsible for teaching weekly curriculum that is provided, while also being encouraged to incorporate your own creativity into the lessons. We prioritize creating a safe and fun atmosphere for all of our students. As a Rec Instructor, it will be your responsibility to maintain this environment and ensure that all students feel comfortable and supported in their learning. We expect all of our instructors to be punctual, engaged and exciting! You should love working with kids and in a team atmosphere and be willing to collaborate with other instructors to create the best possible experience for our students. What We Expect From You... Teach amazing classes based on our proven curriculum and teaching method (don't worry, we'll teach you how!) Provide an outstanding customer service experience. We treat our members like family! So fresh and so clean! It's important that we work to keep our gym and lobby area cleaned and disinfected at all times. You'd fit in here if... You're totally open to being a goofball and love celebrating kid's success. (A background in child development, physical education, gymnastics or dance helps as well.)
